SteepleMate offers an artwork customization service that allows churches to personalize the SteepleMate web and on-site kiosks. This service provides the opportunity to white-label the system, enhancing the user experience by incorporating church-specific branding.

Custom artwork helps create a welcoming environment for members and visitors, reinforcing church identity.

For a cohesive branding experience, we highly recommend purchasing the Secured Custom Domain feature alongside artwork customization. This ensures the SteepleMate system aligns more closely with your church's branding.

Customization Process:

  1. Access Artwork Customization: Once Artwork Customization has been purchased, an administrator or user with media permissions can proceed with customization.

    • Navigate to the Media Menu from the left-hand navigation panel and select Artwork Customization.

  2. Customizable Elements:

    • Theme Color: Choose a primary color for on-site kiosks.

    • Website Images:

      • Update the system header image.

      • Upload the church logo.

      • Customize the profile icon (upper left corner). This icon gives users access to their profile, sign-in/out, and settings.

    • On-Site Kiosk Images:

      • Replace artwork on any purchased kiosks.

    • Web Kiosk Images:

      • Upload custom buttons and banners for the web kiosk interface.

Each image uploaded must meet specific resolution requirements to ensure optimal display quality. Please refer to the resolution guidelines provided in the customization interface.
