Let’s be real – we’ve all been there. You’re ready to check on church events, update your group info, or manage finances when suddenly… password not recognized. Don't panic! SteepleMate's got your back. Here’s how to reset your password and get back to business in no time.
Step 1: Find the "Forgot Password" Option
Head over to the SteepleMate sign-in screen. Select "Forgot Password" button just below the login box.

Step 2: Enter Your Username
Type in the username connected to your SteepleMate account and hit Next. If you're unsure about your username, try your email address.
Step 3: Check Your Email (Yes, Even the Spam Folder!)
In just a few moments, you’ll receive a password reset email. Can't find it? Check the spam or junk folder – sometimes important emails play hide and seek.
Inside the email, follow the simple steps to reset your password. It’s as easy as Sunday morning!
