To begin personalizing your Guest Connection Cards:
Go to the Administration Menu
Open the Guest Connection Cards Section
Regardless of the method guests use to submit their information, the following actions take place:
Personalize the messages that guests see when they interact with your Guest Connection Card.
Introductory Message: This message appears when the guest first begins to enter their information.
Example:
“We are excited to have you with us. Please provide your contact details so we can stay connected.”
Thank You Message: This message is sent once the guest submits their information.
Example:
“Thank you for visiting SteepleMate! We hope to see you again soon.”
SteepleMate allows you to assign specific individuals or groups to receive alerts when a guest submits their information. This ensures a quick and personal follow-up.
