Embrace the convenience of mobile giving with SteepleMate's Text-to-Give feature! You can initiate giving anytime, anywhere using just your phone. This quick guide will show you how to use specific keywords, emojis, and even split your donations between different church funds.

How to Use Text-to-Give:


1. Start Your Donation:


  1. Text the Number Provided by Your Church
  2. Keywords and Emojis: Start your donation text by using keywords such as “give” or “pay,” or symbols like “$”. Emojis like 💳, 💰, 💵, 💲, or 💸 can also be used to initiate a donation.
  3. Examples:
    1. Donating to Specific Funds: To donate $50 to the Building Fund and $100 to the Tithe, text: 💰50.00 B, 100.00 T.
    2. General Donation: For a donation to the default fund, text: 💳 $125.75.

2. Confirming Your Donation:


  1. After sending your text, you’ll receive a confirmation message ensuring your donation has been processed correctly.


Advanced Donation Options:

  1. Donating to Multiple Categories: To support multiple church causes in one go, split your donation between various funds by separating the amounts with a comma in your text message.

First-Time Donors:

  1. Setting Up Payment: If you're donating for the first time, you’ll receive a text link to securely set up your payment method. All future donations will then automatically use your most recently saved payment method.

Updating Payment Methods:
