- Click on the Access header to expand this section.
Step 3: Update the Password
- In the Password and Confirm Password fields, enter the new password.
- Double-check that the passwords match.
- Once entered, click Save to update the password.
Method 2: Change Password Using the Forgot Password Feature
Step 1: Access the Forgot Password Option
- On the SteepleMate sign-in screen, click on the Forgot Password link.
Step 2: Submit Username
- Enter the username associated with the account and click Next.
Step 3: Check Your Email
- Check the email associated with your SteepleMate account for a password reset email. Be sure to check your inbox as well as junk/spam folders.
- The email will contain instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the steps provided to complete the process.
Additional Tips:
- Security Tip: Encourage users to create strong, unique passwords that are difficult to guess.
- Forgot Username: If a user forgets their username, they may need to contact the system administrator for assistance.
- Reset Process: If users do not receive the password reset email, ensure they have the correct email linked to their account or check with the system admin for further help.
