Once you’ve matched your accounts, click Continue.
Review and enable the following options for an optimized integration:
• Enabling this option allows SteepleMate to automatically post online giving deposits as journal entries in QuickBooks.
• If left unchecked, deposits must be manually posted via Finance > Manage Deposits.
• If enabled, SteepleMate will create Income Accounts in QuickBooks automatically for any new contribution categories.
• If disabled, SteepleMate will not post deposits that contain contributions without an assigned QuickBooks account.
Click Continue after selecting your preferences.
This screen maps your SteepleMate Payment Categories to QuickBooks Income Accounts, Classes, and Projects.

1. Go to Finance > Manage Deposits.
2. Select Offering Batches to include in your deposit.
3. Once the deposit status is set to Processed (typically after the funds are deposited at the bank), click Post to QuickBooks.
