- Fill in the Name and Description of your template to identify its purpose (e.g., Sunday Morning Service, Youth Service).
- Once completed, click Save.
Step 3: Set Up Service Roles
Add Roles to the Service Template
- Navigate to the Service Roles section.
- Click New to start identifying the roles that will be responsible for various aspects of the service (e.g., worship leader, speaker, usher, tech team member).
Fill in Role Details
- For each role, specify the Name and how many people you expect to need for that role (e.g., 2 ushers, 1 worship leader).
- Repeat the process by clicking New for each additional role you want to include in the Service Template.
Step 4: Build the Service Flow
Plan the Service Flow
- Click on the Service Flow section, then click New to start building the basic structure of the service.
- Include elements such as:

Step 5: Edit and Reuse Your Template
