How to Grant Finance Access in SteepleMate

How to Grant Finance Access in SteepleMate:

  1. From the left navigation, go to Administration.

  2. Select Organization Settings.

  3. Choose the section labeled Finance / OfferingMate / Merchant Account.


Locate Finance Administrators Section:

  1. At the top left, you’ll see a tile titled Finance Administrators.

Grant Finance Access:

  1. In this section, you’ll see two boxes:

    1. Left box: List of users without finance access.

    2. Right box: List of users who currently have finance access.

  2. Select the person’s name from the left box and click the “>” button to move them to the right box (granting access).

  3. To remove access, select a name from the right box and click “<”.


Save Changes:

  1. After moving the appropriate names, click Save to apply the changes.

Important Notes:
A user must already have a system login to be eligible for finance access.
If their name isn’t visible, they need to register for system access by selecting “I need a username and password” on the sign-in page.
