How to Take Attendance Using the SteepleMate Mobile App
The SteepleMate mobile app allows authorized users to quickly and seamlessly take attendance for any group or service event. Whether you’re a ministry leader or administrator, tracking attendance has never been easier. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started.
Step 1: Download and Log into the SteepleMate Mobile App
Download the App
- Search for “SteepleMate” in your app store and download it to your mobile device.
Log In
- Open the app, and from the main menu, select Log In.
- Sign in using your SteepleMate account credentials.
Step 2: Manage Attendance for Events or Services
Access Attendance Management
- Once logged in, tap on the Manage Events icon from the main menu.
- Then, select the Attendance icon to start marking attendance.
Choose the Event or Service
- Select the service or event for which you need to take attendance.
- You can choose to take attendance By Family or By Group, depending on your preference.
Step 3: Mark Attendance
Select Individuals Present
- You will be presented with a list of individuals or families associated with the event. Simply tap on the individuals who are in attendance.
Save Attendance
- Once you've marked the attendees, click Save. If the list is lengthy, the app may display additional people to mark attendance for after you save.
- Continue marking and saving attendees until you've completed the entire list.
Step 4: Finalize Attendance
Complete the Process
- After saving the attendance for all individuals or groups, tap the Back button to return to the previous screen.
- Your attendance data will now be successfully saved in the system.
Using the SteepleMate mobile app makes attendance tracking for church events simple and efficient. With just a few taps, you can ensure that attendance records are up-to-date, helping your church or ministry stay organized.
