How to View and Export Form Submissions in SteepleMate

How to View and Export Custom Form Submissions in SteepleMate

This guide walks you through how to access, view, and export submissions from any custom form or survey created in SteepleMate. Whether you’ve built a form for Vacation Bible School, a church conference, or any other event, you can easily pull submission reports in a sortable, filterable grid view and export the data in multiple formats.

Access Forms Menu

In the left-hand navigation menu, select Forms, then click Manage Forms.

Choose Your Form

From the list, locate the form you wish to review (e.g., VBS Registration, Conference Sign-Up) and click Submissions next to it.

View the Submission Grid

You’ll be taken to a screen displaying all recorded submissions for that form. This grid functions similarly to a spreadsheet:
  1. You can sort columns
  2. Apply filters
  3. Click on any row to view the full submitted form

Export Options

In the top-right corner, use the dropdown menu to export the data in your preferred format; CSV, Excel, PDF (DoX). Or Print Individual Submissions by clicking any submission row to view the full form. From this view, you can also print the entry directly from your browser.

That’s it - you’re now ready to view and export form submissions with ease. For more advanced filtering or analysis, exporting to Excel is a great option.
