If your SteepleMate Billboard screen goes black or stops cycling through slides, it's possible that more than one instance of the Billboard app is running. This can cause conflicts or prevent the display from working as expected.
Step-by-Step Fix
Use Keyboard Shortcut
Press ALT + F4 repeatedly until the Billboard closes completely. Do this multiple times to ensure all duplicate instances are closed.
Reopen a Single Billboard Window
Launch only one instance of the Billboard display from your SteepleMate On-Site Kiosk.
Test the Display
Confirm that the slides are cycling correctly and the screen no longer goes black.
