Viewing Account Payments and Receipts in SteepleMate

If you’re looking to view payment history, download receipts, or manage payment methods for your SteepleMate subscriptions and add-ons, this guide will walk you through the process.

InfoAccess Requirements: You must be logged in as a Super User or Administrator to access billing information.

Viewing Your Account Information

  1. Log into SteepleMate: Use your Super User or Administrator credentials to sign in.
  2. Navigate to Account Info: From the left-hand navigation menu, select: Administration > Account Info


Overview of the Account Info Page

The Account Info page contains three key sections:

1. Account Balance

This section provides a summary of your current SteepleMate account balance.

  1. You’ll see whether your account is in good standing, has a credit, or has any outstanding charges.
  2. Receipts for payments (including subscriptions and add-ons) can be downloaded here for your records.


2. Transaction History

This is a detailed list of all payments made to or from your SteepleMate account.

You’ll find transactions related to:

  1. Your SteepleMate system subscription
  2. Kiosk subscriptions
  3. Add-ons, such as:
  4. Texting and phone numbers
  5. Website domains

Use this section to track payment activity over time.


3. Payment Methods

Here you can view and manage the payment methods linked to your account.

  1. Any card or bank account saved here can be used for manual payments.
  2. The default payment method is what SteepleMate uses for automatic renewals.
  3. To change your default, simply update the setting in this section.
