How to Add a Streaming URL and Show the Watch Now Button on Your SteepleMate Website

Add a Live Stream Link to Your Church Website

Make it easy for visitors to watch your church services live or on-demand by adding a streaming site URL to your SteepleMate church website. This guide walks you through how to display a “Watch Now” button that links directly to your YouTube, Facebook, or other streaming platform.

How to Add Your Streaming URL

1. Go to the Church Website Settings:

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Media.
  1. Then select Church Website.

2. Open General Settings:

  1. In the General Settings section (the very first section), locate the Streaming URL field.


Enter Your URL:

  1. Paste the link to your church’s live stream or video page (e.g., YouTube Live, Facebook Live, or Vimeo).

Toggle the “Show Watch Now Button” Option:

  1. Use the toggle switch to choose whether or not to display the “Watch Now” button on your church website.
  1. When toggled on, this button will appear prominently on your homepage, directing visitors to your streaming site.

Save Your Changes:

  1. Scroll down and click the green Save button.

3. Preview Your Website:

Before launching, preview your site to ensure the “Watch Now” button appears and links correctly.

Once saved and published, your website will include a clear and accessible “Watch Now” button for your community to stay connected with your services online.
