How to Add Photos to Individual and Family Profiles in SteepleMate
Photos in SteepleMate enhance the Photo Directory, Photo Gallery, and features like Child and Event Check-In. Upload images for individuals or families with the following steps:

Tips for Best Results
- Device Compatibility: When using a phone or tablet, the option to take a photo is a convenient way to upload images on the go.
- Update Regularly: Ensure family and individual photos are kept up to date for an accurate representation in the Photo Directory and Gallery.
- Permissions: Make sure you have the appropriate permissions to edit member profiles.
Adding a Photo to an Individual’s Profile
Access the Person’s Profile:
- From the left navigation select Manage then select People.
- Search for and select the individual you wish to upload a photo for.
Uploading Photos:
- At the top of the individual’s profile there are two tiles. The left tile is associated to the individual while the right tile is associated to the family.

- Select the Folder Icon within the tile and choose one of the following options:
- Select a File: Upload an existing photo from your device.
- Take a Photo: If using a phone or tablet, you can directly take a picture.

Once the photo is uploaded or taken, click Save to ensure the changes are applied.
