Managing Web Kiosk Submissions
Audience: Church administrators using SteepleMate Free
Focus: Reviewing and managing prayer requests, testimonies, and messages submitted through the Web Kiosk
What Can Church Members Do?
From the Web Kiosk, members can:
Sign In for Prayer or Fasting
Submit a Prayer Request or Victory Report
Send a Private Message to the Church Office
View Today’s Public Prayer Activity

Submitting a Message to the Office
When a user chooses “Submit Prayer/Testimony”, they can enter a note and designate it as a:
Prayer Request
Victory Report
Message to Office

How Church Admins Review Submissions
Only Church Admins can view and manage submissions sent directly to the church office. To review all Kiosk activity:
Step 1: From the Left Navigation > Go to Kiosk Activity → Manage Entries

Step 2: Apply Filters as Needed
You can customize your view by:
Date Range
Type of Entry (Prayer Requests, Victory Reports, Private Messages)
Individual Type (Church Family, Guest, Vendor, etc.)
Step 3: View and Manage the Entries
Once you've filtered and searched, you’ll see a list of all matching entries.
From here, you can:

Admin Tips
Private Messages are only visible to authorized staff/admins.
Use filters regularly to keep track of recent submissions.
Remember: Approving a request makes it visible to the church body.
