    • Select "Save Image As...", then choose a location to save the image on your device.

2. Pledges QR Code

  • This code directs donors to the Pledge Page, where they can make pledges to specific campaigns or set up personal pledges with reminders.
  • Right-click and save the image to use the Pledges QR code on your website, in emails, or in printed materials.


Step-by-Step Guide to Creating QR Codes

  1. Navigate to the Finance Settings

    • From the left navigation menu, select "Administration", then click "Organization Settings".
    • Navigate to "Finance / OfferingMate / Merchant Account".

  2. Customize the QR Code

    • Your logo (or the SteepleMate logo if customization isn’t enabled) will automatically appear within the QR code. You can adjust the logo background color as needed.
    • If you make changes to the logo or its background, click "Redraw" to update the QR code.

  3. Save the General Giving QR Code

    • The default QR code leads donors to your giving page, where they can choose their donation amount and preferred fund.
    • To save this general giving QR code:
      • Right-click on the QR code image and select "Save Image As...".
      • Choose a location on your device to store the QR code.

  1. Choose a Giving Category

    • In the Finance / OfferingMate / Merchant Account section, select a specific Giving Category to customize your QR code.

    • Enter an optional suggested donation amount. This amount will be pre-filled for the donor when they scan the QR code, but they can adjust it if needed.
