Welcome to SteepleMate!

We're so glad you made it to SteepleMate! As you explore the system, you'll find many opportunities to fine-tune and configure settings to meet your needs.

Getting Started

Once you've created a SteepleMate account, we encourage you to explore the system and familiarize yourself with the dashboard. Here's what you'll want to tackle first:

  1. Customize Your Church Settings:

  2. Invite Help from the Church:

    • Getting started in a new system or moving from one system to another can feel like a large project. Be kind to yourself and ask for help!

    • Ask church leadership or volunteers to 'Champion' specific aspects of ministry management. You may want to delegate Finance, People Management, or basic setup tasks.

    • Once you know who your Champions are, have them register to your organization in SteepleMate.

    • Configure roles and permissions by going to Administration > Access Levels. Help Guide on SteepleMate Access Levels

  3. Manage Your Contacts:

    • Add church members manually, import a CSV or Excel file, or send our team your data for us to import for you. Help Guide on Importing Data into SteepleMate

    • This is also a great opportunity for data cleanup, if needed. Even if you are on the Free SteepleMate plan, we will map and import your data for you.

  4. Launch the System:

    • Join the SteepleMate community forum located at Blog.SteepleMate.com 

    • Touch base with your account manager.

    • Watch tutorial videos and read the knowledge base.

    • Subscribe to updates for new features and enhancements.
