We're so glad you made it to SteepleMate! As you explore the system, you'll find many opportunities to fine-tune and configure settings to meet your needs.
Once you've created a SteepleMate account, we encourage you to explore the system and familiarize yourself with the dashboard. Here's what you'll want to tackle first:
Go to Administration > Organization Settings

Set up everything from inviting others to join the system to communication and finance settings.
Getting started in a new system or moving from one system to another can feel like a large project. Be kind to yourself and ask for help!
Ask church leadership or volunteers to 'Champion' specific aspects of ministry management. You may want to delegate Finance, People Management, or basic setup tasks.
Once you know who your Champions are, have them register to your organization in SteepleMate.
Configure roles and permissions by going to Administration > Access Levels.

Add church members manually, import a CSV or Excel file, or send our team your data for us to import for you. Help Guide on Importing Data into SteepleMate
This is also a great opportunity for data cleanup, if needed. Even if you are on the Free SteepleMate plan, we will map and import your data for you.
Get creative with your launch! If you plan to have your church members and guests use features such as the prayer network (web kiosk) or online giving, launch a campaign that invites them to register for your organization in SteepleMate.
