How to Generate Contribution Statements in SteepleMate
As a Finance Administrator, you can easily generate contribution statements for your church members. 🎥 Watch the video below or follow the step-by-step instructions to learn how to generate contribution statements in SteepleMate.

Access Contribution Statements
Go to the Finance menu.
Select Contribution Statements.
Selecting a Date Range
Choose the date range for which you’d like to generate the statements.
Note: Only contributions categorized as tax-deductible will be included in the statements.
Additional Customization Options
Summary or Detail View:
You can opt to show a summary (aggregated by fund) or a detailed view (showing each individual contribution).
Treat Children as Separate Families:
Generate separate statements for children if needed, while showing the head of household and spouse on one report.
Include Deceased Contributors:
If deceased individuals made contributions during the selected time period, they can be included in the statements.
Sort by Last Name:
Choose to display names in the order of Last Name, First Name.
Selecting the Recipients
Choose which person type to generate statements for, such as: Church family, contacts, guests, organizations, etc.
Generate for Your Household: Click Generate for My Family to create a contribution statement specifically for your household.
Generate for Everyone: Use this option to generate statements for all individuals within the system.
Refining Statements After Generation
Once generated, you can filter by: Date range, street name, phone number, and more.
Export Statements: Export the contribution statements in formats such as CSV, PDF, etc.
Printing or Emailing
Use the magnifying glass to search for specific individuals or contributions.
Click the Print button to send the statements to your printer or generate a PDF to send via email.
