Export Contribution Statements in SteepleMate

This guide will walk you through exporting contribution statements to PDF, XLSX, and image formats. While multiple file types are available, PDF and image formats are the most commonly used.

Before You Begin

Before exporting, ensure you have generated the contribution statements. If you need help with this step, refer to the How to Generate Contribution Statements help guide.

Exporting Contribution Statements

  1. Once the contribution statement is generated, look for the Export To button at the top of the screen.

Select Your Preferred Format

  1. PDF – Best for printing and sharing electronically.
  1. Image (e.g., PNG, JPG) – Ideal for inserting into emails in SteepleMate.
  1. XLSX – If you need the data in spreadsheet format.

Alternative Method: Print to PDF

  1. Instead of using the export button, you can click the Print icon.
  1. This will open your system’s Print Dialog Box.
  1. Select Save as PDF to generate a PDF version of the statement.
