How to View the History of Sent Communications in SteepleMate

Tracking the history of sent communications in SteepleMate is essential for effective communication management, ensuring accountability, and keeping documentation organized. Follow these simple steps to access the full history of your sent messages.


Step 1: Navigate to the Messaging Feature

  1. Access the Communication Section
    • From the left navigation menu, click on Communicate.
    • Select Send Messages to access the message center.

Step 2: View Sent Messages

  1. Edit/View Sent Messages

    • Click on Edit/View to see the list of messages that have been sent.
  2. View All History

    • Select All History to view the complete history of sent messages.

Step 3: View Messages from All Senders

  1. Show Messages from All Senders
    • Click on Show Messages From All Senders to view messages sent by other users in your organization, not just your own.
