The Web Kiosk page is designed to provide church members with an interactive hub featuring options like Sign In for Fasting, Sign In for Prayer, Submit a Testimony, and more. While church admins cannot directly hide specific options such as fasting or prayer from the interface, they do have tools to customize and manage the web kiosk’s functionality and appearance.
Here’s how church admins can manage the Web Kiosk Settings:
Customize Labels and Artwork:
If the church has purchased the artwork customization feature, admins can upload custom buttons and banners for the web kiosk page. This allows the church to rename buttons and tailor the page to their culture and preferences.
Adjust Web Kiosk Settings:
- Navigate to the Media menu and select Web Kiosk Options.
- In the Web Kiosk Settings section, you can:
- Toggle Allow Anonymous Entries on or off.
- Toggle Show Announcements on or off.
Manage Direct Links to Specific Functions:
- The settings page houses direct links to functionalities like the giving page, prayer request screen, or prayer sign-in screen. These links can be embedded or shared to guide users directly to specific tasks.
- Ensure to use the settings manager to specify the iframe domain for the website hosting these pages.
Changes made in the Web Kiosk Settings section take effect immediately, allowing admins to refine the system’s interactivity based on their needs.
By leveraging these customization options, admins can tailor the web kiosk’s functionality and branding to better align with their church’s specific needs and culture. For additional adjustments or customizations, contact the SteepleMate support team for guidance.
