How to Update Your Profile in SteepleMate

Keeping your profile up to date helps church leaders and other members stay connected with you. Here’s how you can update your personal and contact information in the SteepleMate System.

How to Access Your Profile

Click the person icon at the top left corner of your screen.


In the pop-up menu, click the person icon again to open My Profile.



What You Can Update

Personal Information (Editable Fields)

  1. Important Dates:
  2. Birth Month/Day
  3. Marriage/Anniversary
  4. Water Baptism
  5. Confirmation
Notes
Note: Additional date fields may be available depending on your church’s configuration.

Notification Preferences:

  1. Send Mail About Special Events
  2. Send Me The Connect Bulletin

Miscellaneous:

  1. Visible in Directory
  2. When checked, your name will appear in the church directory.
  3. Comments (Visible only to church staff)

Personal Info (Non-Editable Fields)

You will not be able to edit the following in your profile:

Gender
Family Role (e.g., Head of Household, Spouse)
Church Greeting (e.g., Sister, Brother, Pastor)
Title (e.g., Mr., Mrs., Miss)
First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Suffix

If any of these need to be changed, please contact your church administrator.

Contact Information Section

You can update:
  1. Addresses
  2.  Phone Numbers
  3. Email Addresses
