How to Change Your Primary Email Address for Your SteepleMate Login

If you need to update the primary email address associated with your SteepleMate login, please follow these steps carefully. Note: For security reasons, this change must be completed by the account holder themselves.
  1. Log in to your SteepleMate account.
  2. Access Your Profile:
    1. Option 1: 
      1. At the top left corner, select the person icon. 

      2. Select the person icon again to open your profile.

    2. Option 2 (Admins Only): 
      1. From the left navigation menu select Manage, then select People.

      2. Search for your name to access your profile. 

  3. Update Contact Information:
    1. Navigate to the section titled Contact Information.
    2. Add the new email address you want to use as your primary.
    3. Save your changes.

  4. Set the New Primary Email:
    1. Go to the Access section within your profile.
    2. In the dropdown menu, select the new email address as your primary.
    3. (Optional) You can also update your login name here.

  5. Confirm and Save:
    1. Before saving, you will be required to enter:
      1. Your current password.
      2. The answer to your password reset security question.
    2. Once entered, click Save.
And that’s it! Your primary email address for your SteepleMate login has been successfully updated.
